Hello Friends
This is Dr. Jerry - the First also called Dr. JTF.
My one word for 2019 is BELIEVE and I believe in people more than they believe in themselves and my sincere hope is that if you believe in yourself as much as I believe in you you'll be able to change the World starting from your own corner, right where you are.

And as always my friends as you're watching this video, if you hear something that really resonates with you leave it in the comments section, it's much more likely to stick with you.

Speaking Up,
Being Honest with yourself,
Having Confidence,
Listening,
Managing Your Time.
Stop Whining
Staying Present In The Moment
Being Consistent
Getting Enough Sleep
Having Empathy
Today, we are starting another series - 8 Ways To Be Constantly Improving and this is the Part 1
To live life on one's own terms should be the dream of everyone and not just a dream but the actual reality.
There are a few things that one needs to do to be always in the picture of things happening around him.
I am going to discuss 8 of such things but today I shall be taking on the first 4
1. Read
All the information, all the tips that anyone needs to become a success in this World have already been captured in books.
There are a whole lot of books in this World - Biographies, Auto-biographies, History Books, Magazines, Novels e.t.c.
Reading one book a month should be the target of anyone who is serious enough to want success
It is popularly said that readers are leaders - if you want to be a leader, then you must learn how to read and implement what you have read.
2. Listen
To hear, you have to listen and the listening is not just the one we do, just waiting to reply back, the listening is the one you do and simply keep quiet to allow the speaker come down without any interjections.
Listen to radios
Listen to Podcasts
These have a way of passing information to you just when you needed it most
3. Take A Course
You can just do this for fun.
There are tons of websites where you can learn some courses for free
If there's something you wish to know more or some skill you wish to acquire, go on learn search for it and go learn it
4. Practice Old Passions
Growing old does not mean that you should stop living. For as long as one still breathes in oxygen and breathes out carbon dioxide, he is alive and it is the living that can live life.
So practice going back to the things you used to enjoy doing but have dropped because you were getting along in age or you're married and that has brought added responsibilities
Just go back once in a while and relish the remembrance of how it used to be
That's it guys, the Part 1 is here and thank you guys so much for watching I hope you enjoyed.
I'd love to know your thoughts about this presentation, what was your take home from it and which you're going to apply immediately somehow to your life.
