Way Number 5. Get Feedback & Critique
Skip the compliment sandwiches
Seek feedback from trusted people and get straight to the meat of the matter
Do not indulge in hearing what you want to hear, if you keep your ears on the ground, you would hear the heel of the ants as they go about their onerous duties.
Listen to every criticism and then sieve them with the sieve of truth and know which is constructive and which is destructive.
Way Number 6. Work Towards A Goal
A goal-less life is an un-meaningful life
Everyone on earth is here for a reason, it is in the fulfillment of that reason that living life becomes meaningful
Commit to a daily practice (daily ritual or daily routine)
Do one small thing a day that will get you closer to your goal.
Way Number 7. Be Open To Change
You have heard it said zillion times that "Change is the only constant in life" yet not many of us actually know the true meaning of that sentence.
The simple truth is that whether we are ready for it or not, whether we like it or not, everything in life including us is subject to change and it's either we accept and embrace the change or we reject it and allow it to sweep us off the cliff
To improve yourself, you must change.
If you aren't willing to change, it's hard to move forward

Way Number 8. Get Around The Community
What do you with your time in the Community where you dwell?
Do you associate with your neighbours?
Or are you the type that is too busy to participate in the Community meetings except only when you have been directly involved?
Are you the type that can volunteer for Community events or you are so self-centred you have no time for that?
Are you the type that can initiate and organize Community events or do you think the others are below your standard?
Or are you the type that is too busy to participate in the Community meetings except only when you have been directly involved?

Remember you become like the persons you spend the most time with
